Product Marketing Brand Manager Kleo Kolor Fort Lee, NJ 07024 Product Marketing Brand Manager Job Description Kleo Kolor is seeking for a Product Marketing Brand Manager to join our growing team and take the reins on product positioning, launch storytelling, and trend-informed product planning. This person will play a critical, strategic role in connecting customer insight, brand messaging, and product development to help us create high-performing seasonal collections that feel modern, intentional, and Kleo to the core. Strategic Product Planning Own seasonal product line vision and concept development, including themes, naming systems, and launch rationale across all product categories Conduct in-depth trend research, competitive analysis, and social listening to develop timely brand-aligned product strategies Translate Brand Partner and customer feedback into clear product direction, influencing everything from color choices and patterns to bundle structures and price tiering. Partner closely with Product Development team to guide collection planning and influence product prioritization based on demand, opportunity, and market fit. Lead and manage concept alignment presentations with PD team and cross-functional stakeholders 2. Brand Positioning & Messaging Define and evolve Kleo’s brand positioning, mission, and value proposition in line with our business goals and community values Build messaging frameworks for seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and collection storytelling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communications 3. Go-to-Market Readiness Create launch briefs, naming recommendations, and topline messaging for seasonal collections and new innovations Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and marketing teams to ensure consistency across all channels Serve as the key connector between product development, brand marketing, and the voice of the customer Be accountable for post-launch performance analysis, identifying gaps and insights that feed into future seasonal planning. 4. Customer & Market Insight Partner with internal teams to synthesize insights from customer feedback, sales trends, field requests, and brand analytics Work with creative and sales to translate insights into strong product concepts and value-forward messaging Keep a pulse on what’s trending in beauty, fashion, and nail culture to guide innovative, on-brand storytelling 5. Internal Communication & Tools Create easy-to-follow messaging toolkits and sales resources that support Brand Partners in storytelling and selling effectively Help ensure internal teams, vendors, and partners are aligned with Kleo’s tone and messaging priorities Proactively communicate product strategy, launch plans, and positioning updates across the organization. Skills and Experience Desired 5+ years in product marketing, brand strategy, or trend-led creative planning—ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods Bilingual in English and Korean (written and verbal) Strong track record of building trend-informed product strategies rooted in customer insights Proven ability to own end-to-end seasonal planning—from concept to communication to post-launch optimization Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Confident presenting concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels (including executive) Strong organizational and time management skills with a bias for action Able to thrive in a fast-paced, highly creative environment Experience in Direct Selling Industry preferred Why This Role Is Essential This is more than a marketing role—this is the bridge between our product innovation and our community.
