Develop and execute marketing strategies that ignite consumer passion and drive business results. Use your creativity and analytical skills to position Lance for continued success in a competitive landscape. Immerse yourself in consumer insights and market trends to uncover untapped opportunities to product development, packaging innovations, and brand storytelling. What You Will Do… Lead the Integrated Business Planning process with cross-functional teams to analyze key metrics and forecast volume. Manage complex product commercialization initiatives with Commercialization, Supply Chain, and multiple other cross-functional stakeholders Act as a liaison with integrated marketing teams to develop and activate digital, social, shopper, and PR campaigns while defining KPIs and ensuring consistent brand expression across all touchpoints Monitor the competitive landscape and identify trends and opportunities using data from multiple sources. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with long-term business goals. Oversee multiple marketing projects under tight timelines while balancing long-term objectives. Inspire and influence cross-functional and agency teams to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives. Track and analyze key performance indicators to optimize strategies and exceed business goals Who You Will Work With…
Internal Teams:
Demand Planning, Finance, Sales Strategy, Commercialization, Supply Chain, and Integrated Marketing.
External Partners:
Creative, digital, social, public relations, and media agencies.
Leadership:
Report directly to the Director of Marketing and collaborate across multiple leadership levels. What You Bring to the Table (Required Skills)… Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in brand management, strategic marketing, or project management. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage external agency relationships. Demonstrated creative thinking and experience in building marketing activations. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and business/financial acumen. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving strategic goals. It Would Be Nice If You Have (Desired Skills)… MBA or advanced degree in a related field. Experience in the food or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Familiarity with digital and social media marketing trends. Experience managing agency relationships and executing integrated campaigns.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $71,500-$102,800 Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
