Job Description
An exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding team focused on delivering MarTech and analytics solutions across a diverse client base. Primarily delivering omni-channel marketing activities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical client-facing role. Supporting the client as they embark on an enterprise digital transformation program. The candidate will be the point of contact for delivery of global campaign activity and work closely with both client and agency teams optimizing resource ensuring return on investments for the client. - Responsibilities
- + Build and manage client relationships, as well as external client partners + Manage campaign briefs, requirement gathering, and interpretation to EPAM and client technical teams across multiple global locations + Prioritize and coordinate the delivery of omnichannel personalized global marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery + Resource monitoring, ensuring client delivery needs are supported to meet deadlines; client expectation management with the ability to say no when required + Manage vendor relationships as required, troubleshooting and monitoring.
Vendors include fulfillment, telemarketing, email, interactive/web, and data entry vendors + Deliver campaign analysis and reports when required + Schedule and moderate client and internal team meetings + Serve as the primary level of troubleshooting for client issues + Participate in new business activities as and when required + Ongoing desire to learn and grow personally
- Requirements
- + Extensive client relationship management experience across enterprise clients and their hierarchies + Exceptional communications skillset required to work across global client and EPAM teams, communicating technical and non-technical concepts to internal and client stakeholders + Strong background in marketing campaign delivery across omni / multi-channel campaigns + Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus + Knowledge of email and marketing automation tools.
Sales Force Marketing Cloud or comparable MarTech application experience is desirable + Superior attention to detail needed working across multiple platforms to deliver client activity, including JIRA, Workfront, SharePoint, and other organizational tools + Experience working with marketing data in an agency or client-side role + Understanding of GDPR and working in a highly regulatory environment + Proven ability to work both in a team and autonomously, delivering continuously + Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize workload with changing client priorities + Presentation and storytelling experience needed for both internal and client meetings and campaign activities. Dedicated to creating and delivering a high-quality standard of work + Consulting experience working remotely and on-site with clients + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related area or equivalent experience
