The Senior Brand Manager, Marketing will play a key role on theU.S. Medical Dermatology Marketing team, supporting the executionof both HCP and Patient marketing tactics, with an emphasis onHCP-facing initiatives. This individual will be responsible formanaging the tactical development and deployment of omnichannelassets, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brandobjectives. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial,detail-oriented, execution-focused, and experienced in navigatingcross-functional environments and regulatory review processes.

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end execution of HCP marketingtactics including emails, digital banners, leave-behinds, videos,and sales support tools Support the execution of patient-facingmaterials, in collaboration with the broader brand team Driveomnichannel implementation, ensuring seamless deployment acrosssales, digital, and convention channels Manage agency and vendorpartners, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, on budget,and within scope Oversee the Speaker Bureau execution, includinglogistics, materials, and coordination with internal stakeholders(note: strategic ownership resides with other team members) Managesamples and fulfillment processes, working closely with operationsand compliance Own the MLR submission process for assigned tactics,ensuring timely approval and adherence to regulatory standardsPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Medical, Legal, Regulatory,Compliance, Market Access, and Patient Services teams Assist withdeveloping brand plans Manage sales meetings and tactics Implementconvention tactics

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; MBAor related graduate degree preferred Minimum 3-5 years ofpharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience, with a strongbackground in HCP marketing execution Must have a minimum of twoyears of experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative.

Demonstrated experience managing omnichannel programs and MLRprocesses Ability to work cross-functionally and influence withoutauthority Experience managing external agencies and vendors Strongproject management, communication, and organizational skillsDermatology, immunology, or specialty pharma experience ispreferred Analytical skills desired The preceding job descriptionhas been designed to indicate the general nature and level of workperformed by employees within this classification.
