Marketing Liaison Responsibilities:

Coordinate resident admissions and discharges, working closely with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers. Conduct pre-admission assessments to ensure appropriate placement and care planning. Serve as a liaison between families, residents, physicians, and clinical teams. Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, discharge planners, social workers, and other referral sources. Conduct facility tours and present services to prospective residents and their families. Collaborate with the Admissions and Business Development teams to develop and execute census growth strategies. Case Manager /

Marketing Liaison Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in case management, discharge planning, or healthcare marketing—ideally in a skilled nursing or respiratory care setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
