Head of Digital Marketing & Growth Topfoxx Brooklyn, NY 11210 • Hybrid work TopFoxx is a fast-paced, women-owned fashion startup disrupting the sunglasses industry with innovation-first designs and bold, unapologetic branding. Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to work directly with our CEO. You’ll act as the CEO’s strategic marketing partner, so need to be someone who can take direction, while also constantly researching, innovating, and bringing new ideas to the table.
What You’ll Own Revenue Growth Across All Channels:
Oversee and drive performance across paid ads, email/SMS, influencer campaigns, website funnel, and new platform launches. You will not run ads directly to start (that is the long-term goal) so in the beginning, you must understand how they work and manage our paid media agency effectively. Eventually learning how to manage and run ads independently.
Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Lead creative direction for ad campaigns, product launches, and evergreen sales, in alignment with company goals and brand voice.
KPI Ownership:
Define, track, and improve key performance metrics for every revenue-generating activity. Weekly and monthly performance reports are required, with clear strategic takeaways and action items.
Team & Project Management:
Collaborate with creative, influencer, and email teams to coordinate and oversee campaigns. You must hold others accountable to deadlines and quality expectations.
Marketing Calendar Management:
Build and maintain the master marketing calendar and align internal departments around key promotions, launches, and content deadlines.
Idea Generator & Doer:
Constantly research competitors, trends, and tactics, then test, implement, and own the results. You’ll be expected to make TopFoxx your marketing obsession. Who We’re Looking For You treat marketing like a science, but you’re creatively obsessed with testing new angles, trends, and customer journeys. You respect hierarchy and can take clear direction, but you don’t sit back and wait to be told what to do. You’re resourceful and independent, if you don’t know something, you research it, test it, and improve it. You understand how to tie strategy to execution and can pivot quickly when results aren’t meeting targets. You’re highly data-driven and fluent in KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CVR, and AOV; but can also brief creatives on how to bring these numbers to life through strong hooks, headlines, and visuals. Experience & Skills 2+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, or ecommerce (agency or brand side) Familiarity with paid ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.) and how to manage creative strategy for them Comfortable using dashboards, compiling metrics, and writing data-driven reports Experience working with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar platforms (email/SMS flows + campaigns) Strong grasp of the customer journey, funnel optimization, and content that converts Strong written communication skills and ability to craft or refine copy with clear CTA and on-brand tone
