Our rapidlyexpanding construction company is seeking an experienced andresults-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executingeffective marketing strategies, assisting with campaigndevelopment, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, anddeveloping our lead generation programs. They will play an integralrole in building and engaging the company’s customer base, andcreating effective strategies that will promote the long-termgrowth of our company.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement acohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness. 2. Set currentand long-term goals for internal teams. 3. Design and review theMarketing department’s budget. 4. Build relationships with mediaand stakeholders through creative PR strategies. 5. Monitor allmarketing campaigns and improve them when necessary. 6. Prioritizemarketing projects and allocate resources accordingly. 7. Conductmarket analysis to identify challenges and opportunities forgrowth. 8. Provide guidance and ideas to organize effectivemarketing events. 9. Forecast hiring needs for the Marketingdepartment. 10. Participate in the quarterly and annual planning ofthe company’s objectives. 11. Track competitors’ activities andprovide suggestions for improvement. 12. Lead and manage thecreation of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.13. Plan and manage marketing events and evaluate their success.14. Evaluate and maintain a marketing strategy. 15. Direct, planand coordinate marketing efforts. 16. Communicate the marketingplan. 17. Develop each marketing campaign from start to finish.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, orrelated field. 2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing. 3.Must have experience in the construction industry. 4. Strongproficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Solid understanding ofeffective marketing strategies, materials, and channels. 6.Experience preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecastsfor future projects. 7. Strong analytical, financial, or pricingskills preferred. 8. Excellent leadership, communication, anddecision-making skills. 9. Experience with digital and printmarketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. 10.Proven ability to manage budgets. 11. Professional and proactivework ethic. 12. High competence in project and stakeholdermanagement. 13. Excellent interpersonal, written and oralcommunication skills. 14. Experience with CRM software and digitalmarketing tools and techniques.
