None Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to help promote our childcare centers and drive enrollment and recruitment. The Marketing Manager will execute campaigns, create content, and collaborate closely with the recruitment and enrollment team to showcase our programs, facilities, and unique approach to care. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow in education-focused marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our centers and drive new enrollments. Produce and publish content (such as social media posts, blogs, flyers, and email blasts) that highlights our programs, benefits, and unique selling points. Monitor and respond to inquiries on social media and email in a friendly, helpful, and prompt manner. Assist in organizing and promoting events (such as open houses, family nights, enrollment fairs, and job fairs) to connect directly with prospective families and employees. Update and maintain center profiles on the website, directory listings, and social media platforms to reflect accurate and up-to-date information. Support recruitment initiatives by developing materials and campaigns to attract and retain high-caliber childcare providers and educators. Gather and track data on lead sources, enrollment inquiries, and staffing applications to measure the impact of marketing initiatives. Provide administrative support to center leadership as needed. Manage and maintain relationships with external marketing vendors and partners to maximize resources and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to craft messages for different audiences. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative team environment. Detail-oriented, adaptable, and enthusiastic about education and child care. Previous internship or related experience is a plus but not required.
