Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various marketing strategies, including digital and print advertising, and will be responsible for developing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business objectives. This includes overseeing our current marketing strategies and working with various companies, such as our website team, marketing, and social media teams, as a few examples. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and consumer behavior. Must be able to commute to both our Great Neck and Manhattan Offices. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share. Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across various channels. Oversee the creation of engaging content for web, social media, and other platforms. Utilize SEO techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website, as well as Google PPC. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing efforts. Analyze performance marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for the design and production of marketing materials. Stay updated on our industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies innovative. Qualifications Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position. Strong knowledge of print advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to marketing campaigns. Familiarity with HTML is a plus for managing web content effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite for design purposes is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects. Experience in the health and wellness industry is a bonus!
