Basic Function:
The Product Marketing Manager is the primary liaison between OMSG and our OEM partners and is responsible for the strategic development of the brand, achievement of key business metrics and overall management of the day-to-day activities associated with the assigned brand(s).
Principal Responsibilities:
Manage the brand’s worldwide inventory program against volume, financial and strategic objectives; streamline and optimize to achieve target inventory turns and days’ supply. Coordinate and manage fluid supply based on active forecasting; place timely and appropriate stock orders to support specific market/business unit needs. Support operations in escalation of supply chain issue that affect sales. Develop, implement, and track strategic consumer and sales incentive programs through thoughtful data analysis and collaboration with key stakeholders. These programs should serve to stimulate sales and/or address specific market or retail conditions. Must manage these programs against an overall and per unit budget. Monitor product pricing and profitability performance within the competitive landscape. Work with sales and field marketing teams to develop demand generation programs and campaigns. Establish and maintain strong, positive, and collaborative working relationships with key OEM contacts. Develop and update relevant production and brand delivery forecasts as needed. Drive development and distribution of relevant product training and coordinate with appropriate training functions within the organization to ensure participation. Oversee and ensure consistent manufacturer image in development, execution, and distribution of all marketing materials. Communicate frequently and with enthusiasm through the various sales channels to keep the sales force updated on all aspects of the brand’s business (e.g., product and brand news, promotional initiatives, etc.) Develop and oversee planning for all product launches and programs; marshal relevant resources and participation. Develop short and long-term strategic plans for the assigned brand that align with organizational objectives. Manage spending against brand marketing budgets. Involvement in planning and implementing other departmental projects and programs. Other duties as assigned. _

Reporting to Senior Manager, Product Marketing Primary responsibility for assigned brand Budget control Additionally, as defined by supervisor
Required Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Management or similar. Minimum 8-10 years experience in product marketing to include some supply management experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint, experience with business analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
