Role:

The ideal person for this role will live and breathe the written word, while also having a good foundation in the tools that help bring it to the world. You’re fascinated by what makes prospects click on an ad or read an ebook… and you know how to create content that makes those things happen. We are hiring a dynamic and experienced B2B Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Babbel for Business. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing a wide range of content that engages our target audience and drives business growth. You will leverage your expertise in short- and long-form writing, SEO optimization, and social media management to enhance our brand presence and help generate leads. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with experience utilizing AI tools to streamline content creation and ensure our strategies align with the latest industry trends. Knowledge of WordPress greatly preferred, knowledge of Hubspot and Synthesia a plus. This position is located in NYC and requires a minimum of 3 days/week in office.

You will:

Produce high-quality content in various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, video scripts, and social media posts.
Utilize AI technologies to enhance content creation processes and improve efficiency.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic.
Ideate, create, manage and optimize organic content on LinkedIn to engage our audience and promote our brand effectively.
Manage the creation of content on WordPress, aligning to brand standards.
Assist in the coordination of the translation and localization of content for various markets.
Collaborate with various stakeholders across the B2B business to effectively create content and ensure brand consistency.
Communicate content updates to Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed and equipped to leverage all content assets.
Assist in tracking the performance of content initiatives.

You have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business, or a related field
3-5 years of content marketing experience
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Experience utilizing AI for content creation, and experience in, or an interest in, how AI is impacting search and content discoverability
Experience with SEO strategy, keyword research, and writing SEO-optimized content
Experience with organic social strategy, primarily using LinkedIn

Salary Information:

In New York City, the reasonable annualized full-time salary for this role is $85,000-$95,000 placement within this range will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to experience, education, licensure/certifications, training and skill level Babbel is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
