About the
Role:
As our Customer Success Lead , you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our marketplace , working directly with recruiters, hiring teams, and our internal stakeholders. You’ll be the bridge between our platform and our clients, ensuring seamless experiences, optimizing hiring processes, and making data-backed decisions to improve outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
Partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement. Independently tackle open-ended problems, balancing complexity with pragmatism. Use data to drive decisions , ensuring our strategies are backed by both qualitative and quantitative research. Obsess over customer experience , working backward from recruiter needs to create scalable solutions. Lead and execute innovative “0 to 1” initiatives to improve hiring efficiency and candidate preparedness. Roll up your sleeves -whether that means meeting recruiters in person, analyzing trends, or solving immediate hiring challenges.

You can break down complex problems and align teams toward a common goal.
Qualifications:
Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong plus. Technical background or analytical proficiency (Excel, SQL, or similar tools). Expected base salary:
