We are seeking a digitally savvy and beauty-obsessed Digital Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and e-commerce growth. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of beauty consumers and the ever-evolving digital landscape. You will be responsible for developing and executing 360° digital marketing strategies that span performance marketing, SEO, paid media, influencer partnerships, email, social, and content—connecting brand storytelling with commerce across both DTC and retail channels. Your work will directly contribute to driving traffic, increasing conversion, and maximizing customer retention in a highly competitive beauty market.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:

Create and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives online sales growth. Identify new opportunities and trends to enhance our digital presence.

SEO and SEM:

Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic to our site.

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers. Segment email lists and personalize content to increase open rates and conversions.

Social Media:

Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms. Create engaging content, run paid social campaigns, and interact with our online community.

Analytics and Reporting:

Develop P&L, operational tracking and forecasting for retailer and D2C channels. Monitor and analyze website performance, traffic sources, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics. Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Professionally and efficiently present results to customers and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the buying, merchandising, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.

Budget Management:

Oversee the e-commerce marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve the best results. Track spending and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget.

Reporting:

Prepare and deliver performance recaps, strategic updates, and marketing plans in a clear, professional manner.

Qualifications:
