Zappos is looking for an innovative, and influencer obsessed Influencer Engagement Manager to spearhead our influencer engagement marketing strategy. The role is accountable for leading the vision and execution of influencer-facing marketing programs that foster engagement, education, and content creation with influencers at scale. Success in this position demands a proven track record in influencer marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging marketing channels, while optimizing existing programs for maximum impact and revenue generation. The Influencer Engagement manager is responsible for building and implementing new marketing initiatives that will help influencers grow their business with Shopbop, including educational resources, events, and content campaigns. This position sits on the Zappos Influencer Marketing team reporting to the Head of Influencer marketing. A successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a deep knowledge of the creator and marketing landscape and works well across multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an excellent oral and written communicator, who leads with data, and takes an analytical approach to program development and decision making. Key job responsibilities

  • Lead and implement influencer-facing marketing programs to developing innovative frameworks and new initiatives including educational resources, and events aimed at influencer growth and retention
  • Architect and implement a comprehensive influencer lifecycle strategy, leveraging marketing automation tools to create a seamless onboarding journey that scales influencer relationships from initial contact through long-term partnership.
  • Create and manage influencer content campaigns, working with key brands and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage influencer events, including invite list curation, event management, and execution
  • Analyze program performance data and metrics to optimize existing initiatives, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions for maximum revenue impact
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 2+ years of working with creative teams, content managers and marketers to bring brand promise to life experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Bachelors Degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of segmentation and developing customer profiles experience
  • 2+ years of supporting quantitative and qualitative consumer research experience

The base pay for this position ranges from $87,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
