Job Description

Corcoran New Development is seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in New York. This in-office role reports directly to the EVP, New Development and plays a key part in bringing new residential developments to market. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with marketing team members and sales/leasing teams to support clients in pre-development planning, branding, marketing, digital, print, social media, and event-based promotions throughout the sales/leasing cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage marketing initiatives under the direction of the EVP and Corcoran New Development Executive team. Create marketing plans, programs, timelines, and budgets to support new developments. Track and analyze marketing performance, providing data-driven recommendations to clients and internal teams. Obtain approvals for advertising and marketing expenditures while maintaining the marketing budget. Present marketing plans to developers and provide strategic recommendations. Collaborate with developers, architects, creative agencies, PR firms, media buyers, and social media consultants throughout the process. Recommend and oversee advertising strategies, online marketing, and branding partnerships. Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including renderings, branding, logos, websites, floorplans, and signage. Oversee the design and setup of model residences and sales/leasing galleries. Support the creation of sales tools and materials. Develop and implement broker outreach strategies and events. Provide recommendations to enhance property value, identify key selling points, and address project challenges. Work with the Corcoran New Development Executive team on planning, design, and market research, including amenity spaces, interior design, and technology.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or project management. Bachelor’s Degree is a plus. Background in new development real estate marketing, luxury marketing, media, architecture or interior design industry marketing, design, or real estate preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign preferred.
