Job Description

Dow Jones and Company seeks a Paid Media Manager in New York, NY.

Duties:

Create an effective strategic framework across media channels including LinkedIn and ABM digital platforms. Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product stakeholders to develop ABM strategies that align product, target audiences and buying groups, driving awareness, engagement, pipeline and revenue generation. Execute and optimize paid digital tactics and advertising performance on each platform to improve performance and ensure the KPI campaign goals are met and maximize return on investment. Partner with business marketing teams to continually assign and revisit channel and platform budgets to maximize acquisition, engagement, retention, and expansion efforts in support of pipeline and revenue generation. Work closely with our ABM vendor and advertising platforms to build and scale orchestrated plays, to identify opportunities, and understand best practices and recommendations for improving paid media at Dow Jones. Report, track and optimize performance of paid media campaigns. Make recommendations, provide insights, and updates to the Marketing team. Partner with Dow Jones’ Data and Technology team to gather data and to create new reporting dashboards for performance transparency and efficiency. Work as the subject matter expert for other team members on our best media and ABM practices.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field plus 5 years of related experience. Requires 5 years of experience in the following

  • Executing and running paid social, retargeting, and display campaigns;
  • Executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive results;
  • Demand gen, Account-based marketing (ABM), or digital marketing experienceRequires 2 years of experience in the following:
  • ABM campaigns and ABM best practices;
  • Eloqua;
  • Salesforce;
  • One of the following
ABM Tech Stacks:

Demandbase, Terminus, or Rollworks; and

  • LinkedIn and Google advertising.

In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field plus 3 years of related experience. Requires 3 years of experience in the following:

  • Executing and running paid social, retargeting, and display campaigns;
  • Executing data-driven marketing campaigns that drive results;
  • Demand gen, Account-based marketing (ABM), or digital marketing experienceRequires 2 years of experience in the following:
  • ABM campaigns and ABM best practices;
  • Eloqua;
  • Salesforce;
  • One of the following
ABM Tech Stacks:
