We produce a range of assets from partner narratives to educational videos that help drive adoption and engagement. Our work helps showcase TikTok’s ecosystem and empowers partners to grow their business on the platform. TikTok is seeking a Product Partner Marketing Manager, Agency to drive the growth and success of our agency ecosystem. This role sits within the Global TikTok for Business Marketing Team and focuses on developing and delivering scalable enablement and education programs—including training, video content, playbooks, toolkits, FAQs, and onboarding resources. You’ll empower agencies to confidently adopt and activate TikTok’s ad products, creative solutions, and performance strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating content that informs, educates, and inspires—whether that’s a sharp one-pager, a compelling video, or an interactive training experience. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies that grow and support agencies to be badged and currently badged in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program, driving adoption and engagement
- Develop and execute content strategies that support current and prospective agency partners in the TikTok Marketing Partners Program, driving product adoption, education, and engagement
- Create compelling collateral and sales enablement materials tailored to ad sellers, marketers, and merchants
- Build and deliver training programs for agency partners covering product education, sales best practices, and campaign strategy
- Own and manage a centralized library of enablement resources, including playbooks, toolkits, video explainers, onboarding guides, and FAQs
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Global Agency teams to localize narratives and amplify product value propositions
- Produce digital content such as case studies, blogs, and thought leadership to showcase agency success and best practices on TikTok
- Support go-to-market plans and messaging for key product launches, grounded in competitive intel and partner feedback
- Launch targeted campaigns to deepen agency engagement and track adoption metrics, optimizing for impact and scale Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Minimum 4+ years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, partnerships, communications, advertising and/or technology industries Excellent written and verbal communication in English with strength in copywriting Hands-on experience creating enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, playbooks, and onboarding guides Experience working directly with external partners, creative agencies or events vendors A fast learner with a great sense of judgment, design sensibilities, and creative thinking Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change Understanding of the advertising industry and media agency landscape Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of TikTok ad products and performance marketing strategies Experience working with creative and video production tools and familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Products, or CapCut Experience working with agency, creative, and media buying agencies.

- $151111 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
