Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager or Account Executive to drive our cookware sales and account management efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing within the cookware industry, specifically working with major retailers such as Target, Kohl’s, Walmart, and Macy’s.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
Manage relationships with key retail partners, ensuring alignment with our brand and product offerings.
Identify new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in cookware sales or account management, particularly with major retailers.
Strong understanding of the culinary market and consumer preferences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
