This role affords an opportunity to work on the cutting edge of innovation, while directly contributing to driving an improved experience for Amazon customers and Delivery Partners. We’re seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive Marketing and Communications for Amazon Flex across the Americas region. This role will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies across the full funnel to attract and retain delivery partners while strengthening the Amazon Flex brand. They will be responsible for designing communications strategies to achieve business objectives, and lead high quality, consistent and thoughtful communications to delivery partners. Key job responsibilities

  • Define the Amazon Flex Americas vision across the full Marketing funnel, from awareness to Loyalty.
  • Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across the full Marketing funnel at scale across the Americas regions
  • Own growth metrics, acquisition costs, and retention KPIs for the Flex program
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative campaigns and initiatives tailored to Flex target audiences
  • Own Paid Media strategy including digital, social, referral, and offline media and optimize channel mix allocation based on performance assessment
  • Partner with product, operations, and analytics teams to identify opportunities and drive improvements
  • Manage budget and resource allocation across marketing and communicationsBasic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience managing teams
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teamsPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience in traditional and emerging media channels including TV, OOH, cinema, digital display, online video and paid social

The base pay for this position ranges from $140,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $232,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
