The Trade Marketing Manager covering Mobile Units & Venue Capex is someone with a passion for live experiences. This person will work closely with our Experiential Team and agency partners to ensure events and venues across the country are showing up with the right brands. This person is organized, communicative, creative and enjoys collaboration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for:

Agency ManagementMobile Unit Transportation agenciesVenue and Stadium production agencyBudget ManagementPlanning and executing 600 events with our Mobile Unit FleetPlanning and executing all stadium/venue buildoutsProgram recaps to keep stakeholders informedWorking closely with Experiential TeamMobile Unit Day-To-Day ContactBasic understanding of transportation logistics with mobile unitsCapex budget management for all materials installed or delivered to venues including branded spaces build outs and carts/kiosksProject manage buildouts with our agency partnerKeep region stakeholders informedData TrackingUse PowerBI to pull reporting on Mobile Unit FleetMaintain tracking for all capex materials

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree Required. 4-6 years sales and/or marketing experience needed. Event and activation and/or production experience recommended.

Skilled at communication, presentation, organization and time management.
