Position Summary:
The candidate for this position needs to be a highly driven and creative person to take full ownership of our company’s marketing strategy and execution. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for elevating our brand presence, driving engagement across platforms, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with business goals. The Marketing Manager will oversee all aspects of marketing—from brand messaging to catalog integrity, digital strategy, content creation, and product exposure. This individual will be the steward of our company’s website content, sales platform, digital footprint, branding, and more. The right person will play a key role in how our brand is seen, experienced, and remembered across every channel. Experience in product development is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a unified, data-driven marketing strategy that supports business growth and brand equity. Own and manage the full marketing lifecycle from brand awareness to conversion and customer retention.
- Digital Marketing & HubSpot
- Lead all activities within HubSpot, including workflows, lead capture, email campaigns, landing pages, automation, and analytics. Ensure that all digital platforms reflect consistent messaging, branding, and user experience.
- Website Management
- Own and maintain all company website content—ensuring accuracy, relevancy, branding consistency, SEO optimization, and strong UX/UI. Ensure site architecture and navigation align with business goals and product visibility needs.
- Brand Messaging & Content Oversight
- Lead branding strategy, ensuring all touchpoints reflect a cohesive and compelling message. Oversee creation of marketing content, including collateral, packaging, presentations, video, signage, and campaigns.
- Visual & Creative Supervision
- Manage and support the Creative Director in developing impactful visuals across web, print, and social. Guide the Visual Data Strategist in ensuring all visual assets are accurate, brand-compliant, and support business intelligence needs.
- Catalog & SKU Management
- Maintain and oversee product catalog updates across digital and print formats. Ensure SKU accuracy, consistency in product naming conventions, and alignment with ERP or inventory systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to support launches and strategic initiatives.
- Reporting & Sales Coordination Maintains accurate records of promotional activity and market communication. Collaborates with sales and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with sales strategies.
- Product Development Insight (Preferred)
- Contribute strategic insight to new product development, including naming, packaging, messaging, and launch support. Monitor competitor offerings and assist in identifying gaps or innovation opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including direct team management. Deep understanding of
- digital marketing
- , website content management, branding, SEO/SEM, social media, and email automation. Hands-on experience managing
- company websites
- and driving content optimization strategies.
Proven experience managing product catalogs, SKUs, and cross-functional marketing initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in product development or working closely with product lifecycle teams. Industry experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, or design-driven brands.
