Marketing Manager Confidential Flushing, NY 11354 An award-winning manufacturer is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our fast-paced and innovative team in New York. The Marketing Manager will oversee the operation of marketing and develop marketing objectives and strategies across the organization. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Recommend, manage, and implement innovative marketing strategies relevant to the growing global market for windows and doors. Track and analyze competitive programs, retail trends, market opportunities, products, and activities within the marketplace. Review and oversee current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and develop solutions with budget constraints. Participate in the development and integration of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, taking on the lead administrative role post-implementation. Utilize CRM to compile reports and insights related to market and sales. Integrate marketing plans across all established product categories. Manage pricing, cataloging, and packaging processes. Seek and exploit channel marketing opportunities. Oversee other resources such as market research, advertising, promotion, and public relations. Capitalize on strengths and address weaknesses in comparison to the competition. Interact with clients regularly to maintain strong relationships. Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and multimedia partners. Create tactical implementation plans and present them to the sales force and customer base. Monitor all program executions, such as customer referral programs, to ensure the team has the appropriate support to deliver on time and within budget. Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities. Develop and oversee various promotional programs and their operations. Responsible for compiling, revising, reviewing, and approving advertising copy. Involve in the design of both cover and interior pages of the company’s publications. Represent the company at professional exhibits and trade shows. Assist in the preparation of media plans. Determine specifications and calculate the costs of advertisements in selected media. Create samples of finished layouts and present them to the department manager for approval. Control the supply and demand of Promotion Kits. Process applications for Promotion Kits. Hire and train departmental staff Organize and oversee the schedules and workload of departmental staff. Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy. Qualification and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field, Master’s degree preferred. Three plus years of experience in marketing experience. Highly efficient, creative and detail oriented. Excellent communication with all levels of management. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Experience with CRM and Hubspot is highly preferred. Strong interpersonal abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork. Proven ability to multitask and prioritize meeting deadlines. Willingness to travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
Salary:
