Who You Are:
We are looking for a strategic, creative and data-savvy Social Media and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and digital presence. This role will be responsible for growing our brand across key platforms, building community engagement and executing campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, and conversions. This person will also serve as the primary contact for brand partnerships and activations, journalists, our public relations agency, and will manage print and advertising efforts, and oversee all photo and videography shoots, while ensuring all activities stay within the designated budget. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring fresh ideas to the table, and have a strong pulse on culture and trends. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.
BASIC PURPOSE
: The Social Media and Marketing manager oversees all integrated marketing efforts across all of our properties.
ESSENTIAL ROLE/FUNCTIONS
Marketing Campaigns Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns for product launches, events, partnerships, and promotions Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, sales) to ensure consistency in messaging and visuals Track ROI and key performance indicators for all marketing initiatives Social Media Management Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with brand voice and goals Create, curate and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Meta, etc Manage the content calendar and oversee daily publishing Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community Content Creation Written compelling copy for social posts, email marketing, and web Partner with designers, photographers, and videographers to create on-brand visuals and video content Source and manager influencer and or user-generated content partnership Analytics & Reporting Use analytics tools to track performance across channels (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, inc.) Deliver monthly reports with key insights, successes, and areas of opportunity Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitive benchmarks Leads property site visits and sales appointments and demonstrates knowledge of
SKILLS/ABILITIES
Experience with tools such as Canva, Meta, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar Strong copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven Passionate about digital culture, content trends and community building Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, food and beverage a plus Experience in photography or creative direction a plus
SALARY:
Base salary commensurate with experience.

$70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
