Part-Time Assistant Store Manager Position Open in South Hampton Job Description and Duties – The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager as well as the rest of the team, in providing an elevated customer experience, managing all operational tasks, and assisting and supporting sales associates and customers. The Assistant Store Manager acts as an extension of the Store Manager in their absence, in almost all aspects of store operations including but not limited to managing day-to-day operations, staffing, visuals, people management etc. Responsibilities Customer Support and Sales based on Brand Values Maintain a welcoming environment that generates customer traffic and builds loyalty by exceeding customer’s expectations. Coach and mentor staff to implement initiatives that support exceptional customer service and sales standards. Exceed store and individual goals and help others to do the same. Lead by example. Partner with the Store Manager to lead and direct all store activities. Respectfully communicate, challenge, and motivate associates to do and be their best. Create a positive, supportive, and fun environment. Consistent work to ensure the sales floor is fresh and on-brand, re-merchandising when necessary and as new product arrives. Coach the team to become experts in our product through fit and styling sessions. Store Operations and Organization. Must have sufficient knowledge of Microsoft Office. Organize, delegate, prioritize, meet deadlines, and follow up on all assigned store activities. Bring fresh ideas to the table for ways to improve the business, the team, and the store. Perform Other Duties as required.
