Responsibilities We are seeking a highly driven andstrategic Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our marketingteam. You will be the lead architect of our content strategy,responsible for developing and executing compelling, high-impactcontent that drives brand recognition, lead generation, and salesengagement. This role requires a strong understanding of howcontent marketing fuels the pipeline—taking thought leadershipideas and turning them into scalable, measurable demand generationcampaigns. This is a hands-on, collaborative role suited for acontent marketer who blends creativity with performance-driventhinking and thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
This is an on-site position at our Chappaqua, NY location. Salaryrange $110k-$130k.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy &Campaign Leadership
- Develop and lead a comprehensive contentmarketing strategy aligned with brand, demand generation, andrevenue goals.
- Own the end-to-end content lifecycle—from strategyand planning through production and performance measurement.
- Design and execute multi-touch, multi-channel content campaignsthat nurture leads through the funnel and drive sales engagement.
- Partner closely with growth marketing, sales, product, and externalthought leaders to translate messaging and market insights intostrategic content initiatives.
- Lead the development and executionof a content calendar that balances brand awareness with pipelinegoals.
- Manage the website as a strategic content and conversionhub, optimizing user journeys to drive engagement and lead capture.
Content Creation & Optimization
- Produce high-quality contentacross formats—white papers, blogs, case studies, videos,infographics, emails, webinar scripts, and social media.
- Repurpose long-form assets into short-form content to maximizereach, impact, and conversion opportunities.
- Ensure all contentis optimized for SEO, user intent, and funnel progression usinginsights from performance data and agency partners. CampaignExecution & Distribution
- Build and manage full-funnel contentcampaigns that support lead nurturing, sales enablement, andpipeline acceleration.
- Collaborate with sales and BDR teams todevelop content that fuels outbound campaigns and supportsaccount-based marketing.
- Oversee content distribution acrossowned, earned, and paid channels, including email, social media,webinars, PR, and partner channels.
- Create content for digitaland in-person events that promotes thought leadership and generatesqualified interest. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor and analyze content performance across the funnel—trackingMQLs, SQLs, influenced pipeline, and engagement rates.
- Continuously test content formats, messaging, and distributionstrategies to optimize campaign ROI.
- Deliver regular performancereports and insights to demonstrate content marketing’scontribution to pipeline growth and revenue.
Qualifications:
- 5years of content marketing experience, with a strong portfolio oflead-generating campaigns and sales-aligned content.
- Provenability to build and execute content strategies that drivemeasurable pipeline impact.
- Experience developing multi-channel,full-funnel campaigns—especially in B2B, B2G, or GovTechenvironments.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytellingskills across long- and short-form content.
- Strong understandingof SEO, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and contentperformance analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative,dynamic team environment and work cross-functionally with sales,client relations, and external partners.
- Bachelors degree inCommunications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
