Job Description

Mayvue is seeking a strategic, hands on Solution Marketing Lead to own the go?to?market (GTM) strategy, positioning, and messaging for Mayvue’s product portfolio. You will translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions that resonate with Departments of Transportation (DOTs) and local agencies. Your work will directly influence pipeline growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction across North America. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working collaboratively across multiple departments within Mayvue to include software development, product management, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration. Responsibilities:

Messaging & Positioning Develop and continuously refine product narratives, value propositions, and differentiation based on market insights and customer feedback Go?to?

Market Planning Build and execute integrated launch plans for new features and products, partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success Content Development Produce high impact collateral (e.g., solution briefs, case studies, videos, webinars) that supports the buyer journey and sales cycle Market & Competitive Intelligence Conduct ongoing market research, win?loss analysis, and competitive benchmarking to inform product strategy and sales enablement Sales Enablement Create training materials, pitch decks, and battlecards; deliver enablement sessions that equip the field to articulate value and close deals Metrics & Reporting Define KPIs, track performance of GTM activities, and present insights and recommendations to leadership Demand Generation Support Collaborate with Growth Marketing on campaigns, events, and digital programs to drive awareness and qualified leads

Qualifications:

5+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, preferably in infrastructure, construction tech, or public sector software Proven record of successful product launches and creating content that accelerates sales cycles Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes; experience marketing to government agencies is a plus Strong storytelling skills and ability to translate technical features into business value Proficiency with common marketing & sales tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma etc.) Excellent project?management skills; comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands?on execution Bachelor’s degree in
