Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing for a healthcare client in the Reading, PA area. Must be commutable to the office 5 day per week. You will lead and execute innovative strategies that drive brand awareness and business growth. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, paid media, and vendor collaborations, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract target audiences.
- Manage paid media campaigns, including paid search and social media advertising, to deliver measurable results.
- Oversee vendor relationships to ensure effective collaboration and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Lead the creation of marketing collateral and content to support business objectives.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maintain consistency and impact.
- Utilize CRM systems to track customer engagement and drive targeted campaigns.
- Ensure brand messaging aligns with company goals and resonates with the intended audience.
- Plan and execute marketing events and initiatives to boost customer engagement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into marketing strategies. Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with a focus on digital and paid media.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and Facebook Insights.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and content management platforms (CMS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure project success.
- Expertise in campaign planning, brand development, and collateral management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and collaborate across departments.
- Familiarity with current marketing trends and best practices in digital advertising.
