Based in Morrisville, NC Nufarm is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of portfolio brand marketing. We are currently seeking Brand Marketing Manager for our US Specialty Crop and Vegetation Management segments. This role will ensure channel partners and growers have strong awareness and understanding of Nufarm’s offerings, working closely with the Crop Protection Sales teams to optimize growth. This role is responsible for developing go-to-market strategies for both new and existing products. The position will report to the VP, Customer & Brand Marketing for North America. What will you be doing? Positioning segment portfolio solutions in support of Nufarm’s strategy, growth opportunities and customer needs Serving as a key liaison between Marketing, Sales and Technical Teams, advising and supporting go-to-market strategies and marketing plan implementations Providing customer analytics as required by crop, by molecule, by competitive brand, by customer, etc Leading customer and channel partner insight gathering within assigned segments to garner market intelligence and determine both short term and long-term needs of channel/customers Using Salesforce as a tool to communication with the Sales Team and accurately manage contacts, sales, plans, programs and marketing activity Advise tactical plan development for channel partners, influencers and customers in line with strategy and market opportunities Develop and implement annual, seasonal and program marketing to aid the Sales Team in working with their customers Lead cross-functional launch teams to ensure effective brand positioning and marketing plan development Develop and distribute training support on products, especially at times of market launch Assist with portfolio technical support secondary to the Technical Services Team and ensure technical data is optimally positioned Engage routinely with Sales Team to keep them informed of various campaigns being implemented and leads generated to ensure that the rollout and performance meets/exceeds expectations Working in close collaboration with segment marcom manager to ensure timely implementation of marketing campaigns and support Develop product positioning and pricing strategies for both channel partners and end customers Constantly monitoring the market for customer pricing initiatives in order to anticipate upturns or downturns in pricing for key products/molecules Work with the North American Procurement team to provide pricing intelligence on key molecules Working closely with the Demand Planning team to validate the forecast models on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Provide business analysis on assigned Customer & Brand(s) as required What do you bring? You hold a bachelor’s degree in Science, or Agribusiness, Marketing or Agronomy related degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in product or marketing management, with sales and technical experience preferred. Agriculture or crop protection or related experience would be an advantage. The right candidate will have prior experience working with Marketing Models (Value chain analysis, PEST, Porters 5 Forces, Value Propositioning, etc) required What do we offer? Our compensation structure is designed to reflect the cost of labor across various U.S. geographic markets. The base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 per year in our lowest geographic market to $150,000 per year in our highest geographic market. Compensation is determined by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Nufarm, we believe in total compensation.
