Role Overview We’re seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to own and lead the brand strategy and execution across all four verticals.
You will:
Brand & Website Overhaul Redesign and relaunch the Hagen Construction website and marketing collateral. Create a fresh brand identity, website, and assets for Modern Construction. Redevelop the American Volunteer Group site and digital fundraising strategy. Elevate Chelwood Estate’s brand positioning as a leading event venue. Integrated Marketing Strategy Develop and implement cohesive marketing plans, aligning brand messaging, visual identity, and go-to-market tactics. Drive digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, email) and PR initiatives (press releases, media outreach). Collaborate with web developers, videographers, graphic designers, and PR firms to execute high-impact campaigns. Content & Social Media Leadership Own social-media content creation and publishing for Hagen Construction, Modern Construction, American Volunteer Group & Chelwood. Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategy. Qualifications 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B and B2C exposure in construction, development, nonprofit, or hospitality sectors. Proven track record of brand strategy, website redesigns (WordPress or similar CMS), and digital marketing execution. Strong project-management skills; adept at juggling multiple projects and stakeholders. Exceptional written and verbal communication, with keen attention to detail. Entrepreneurial mindset; resourceful, proactive, and able to “think on your feet.” Experience managing external partners (web dev, video, PR) and budgets. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social-media platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; certifications (e.g., Google Ads) a plus.
Contract Details & Compensation Term:
6 months, full-time (40 hrs/week)
