Job Summary (Primary function) This positionis responsible for the strategic development, cross-functionalintegration, and executional excellence of US Market Access plansfor current and/or pipeline products and indications within theIncyte portfolio. Essential Functions of the Job (Keyresponsibilities) Develop and execute integrated market accessbrand plan(s), annual operational plan and new product/indicationlaunch planning activities Develop, implement and pull-throughbranded and unbranded market access promotional plan andeducational activities; including planning, resource creation, andimplementation across payer, IDN, VA, DoD and emergingorganizations (e.g., ACOs). Develop and plan for associated marketaccess team training initiatives Collaborate with Product Strategyand across Market Access functions to ensure appropriate alignmentand integration of strategy Collaborate in the development,implementation and placement of personal and non-personal print,digital media and video promotional plans and associated resourcesCollaborate with Product Strategy, Market Access functional leads,and Payer Account teams to identify and develop content for marketaccess marketing programs Collaborate with Payer Account Team Leadin the monitoring of payer formulary and policy access Providemarketing input to HEOR studies and translate findings intopromotable resources Plan and execute advisory boards andengagement activities with external experts to gather insights andinform strategy Design and implement qualitative and quantitativeMarket Access market research to inform strategy and implementationCollaborate with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Compliancecolleagues to gain approval of educational and promotionalresources Collaborate with Global Value and Access team, as neededWork with multiple external agencies to manage projects fromconcept to completion on time and within budget; while measuringsuccess vs industry benchmarks and ensuring strategic alignment andexecutional excellence Manage annual budget, POs, invoiceapprovals, and monthly accruals and projections Develop and deliverinternal and external presentations to support the US Market AccessTeam Work in a fast-paced environment, rapidly assimilateinformation, make decisions, prioritize and manage multipleprojects/priorities Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level ofeducation, work experience, and competency) Minimum of 7years-experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry Minimum of2 years-experience in brand marketing, or market access marketingOncology experience required; with oral and IV agents preferredincluding knowledge of oncology GPOs and large, organized hospitaland community oncology customers preferred Experience withlaunching products preferred Strong project management, agency andbudget management experience Strategic and innovative mindset withattention to detail Demonstrated ability to work effectively withcross-functional stakeholders Experience working within appropriatecompliance, medical, legal and regulatory environments (i.e.,promotional review processes, fair market value, Sunshine Act,HIPPA, etc.) Demonstrated knowledge of MSOffice Suite. Experienceworking within regulatory/compliance, systems/technology preferred(i.e. Fair Market Value systems, Veeva, Mobile Locker, CRM,SharePoint, WebEx, audio/video/projection, etc.) Executive presencewith strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of payer marketing, managed care, state and federalreimbursement sectors preferred
