PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Marketing Manager helps execute and elevate the marketing strategy. This role will contribute to demand generation, content creation, brand-building initiatives, and campaign execution. Strategic thinking and hands-on execution, storytelling, organization, and data-driven marketing are essential to success in this role.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and implement multi-channel campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive qualified leads. Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, and lead management processes across CRM and marketing tools including Hubspot. Oversee social media strategy and content creation across platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors on creative projects, including digital assets, videos, presentations, and event materials. Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM dashboards to inform future strategy. Contribute to blog posts, newsletters, and thought leadership content aligned with the editorial calendar. Support planning and execution of webinars, in-person events, and other promotional initiatives. Assist with internal communications including execution of newsletters, townhalls, and events Ensure brand consistency across all materials and channels. Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Strong verbal and written communication skills. Display keen attention to detail. Ability to design and create content including one-pagers, brochures, presentations, and videos Experience creating and delivering presentations. Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and translate insights into action. Demonstrate sound judgment when making decisions, and operate with discretion and integrity. Ability to assess issues as they arise, maintain composure under pressure, and develop thoughtful and appropriate responses.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field required 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience required Experience with a CRM and marketing automation platform is required HubSpot experience preferred Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content development required Familiarity with creative tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar required Experience in retirement services, financial services, or other regulated industries preferred Experience marketing to financial advisors, retirement plan sponsors, or HR professionals preferred
REMOTE WORKING REQUIREMENTS

Familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a plus Accustomed with file-storage and file-sharing tools such as Microsoft SharePoint
