This individual will overseeinfluencer marketing, paid media, content strategy, and branddevelopment. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Shopify,DTC eCommerce, and managing high-performing teams. You’ll play akey leadership role in shaping our brand voice, scaling customeracquisition, and optimizing retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadand mentor a team of ~5 across digital marketing, influencerpartnerships, content creation, and design Own and optimize allpaid media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), balancingperformance and brand objectives Develop and execute influencer andaffiliate strategies to amplify reach, drive conversions, and buildcommunity Oversee all DTC marketing efforts on Shopify, ensuring anoptimized, high-converting customer journey Collaboratecross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Ops teams to alignlaunches and promotions Use data to continuously improve campaignperformance, customer LTV, and CAC Manage marketing budget andagency/vendor relationships Maintain brand consistency acrosstouchpoints, including email, SMS, social, and packaging Stay aheadof industry trends in sports nutrition, eCommerce, and performancemarketing

Requirements:

7 years of marketing experience, with atleast 3 in a leadership role Proven track record scaling DTCbrands, preferably in health, wellness, or CPG Deep knowledge ofShopify and DTC eCommerce best practices Strong experience in paidmedia buying, influencer marketing, and lifecycle marketing(email/SMS) Analytical mindset with ability to translate data intoactionable insights Excellent communication, leadership, andteam-building skills Passion for health, fitness, and performance astrong plus Interested in hearing more?
