Marketing Manager Requirements :

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industries. Experience supporting channel/distribution sales models (not direct-to-consumer). Strong background in brand strategy, campaign execution, and working with both internal teams and external agencies. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and apply insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution. Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities :

Provide day-to-day and strategic marketing leadership, including: Developing and executing marketing strategies for two distinct business units, Managing brand identity and marketing assets, Leading social media, content, and event efforts, Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results, Collaborating closely with sales teams and executive leadership, Managing a small internal team and partnering with an external marketing agency.
