Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Website & Content Management Oversee the company’s website,ensuring content is current, accurate, and aligned with brandmessaging Regularly publish blog posts, service updates, andproject highlights Coordinate with developers or vendors to enhancesite functionality and user experience Campaign Development & LeadGeneration Design and execute digital campaigns that drivequalified leads and support business growth Leverage paid search,email marketing, and retargeting strategies to reach targetaudiences Align campaign goals with broader marketing and salesobjectives Social Media Strategy Manage and grow the company’spresence across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, and InstagramCreate engaging content and foster community interaction Monitorengagement metrics and adjust strategies accordingly PerformanceAnalysis & Optimization Track digital performance using tools suchas Google Analytics and SEMrush Generate reports with actionableinsights to improve campaign effectiveness Use data to informcontent strategy, SEO, and user experience improvements BrandMessaging & Content Creation Develop compelling content tailored tothe construction and property services audience Ensure consistencyin tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpointsCollaborate with internal teams to align messaging with companyvalues and goals

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree inMarketing, Communications, or a related field Minimum of 3 years ofhands-on experience in digital marketing Proficiency in tools suchas Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media platforms Strongwriting, editing, and analytical skills

Preferred:
