TheDigital Media Manager, on the Optimization & Innovation Managerteam, you will inspire your team to constantly deliver excellence,campaign innovation, and tangible business impact for clients.

WhatYou Will Do:

Manage 3-5 Optimization & Innovation Analysts & SeniorAnalysts Act as subject matter expert and point of escalation forsenior client contacts Become an expert with media tradingplatforms and analytics tools across multiple programmaticplatforms as well as other digital channels including Display(banner ads), Mobile (Smartphones & Tablets), Search (Google,Yahoo/Bing), Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr,Pinterest, etc) and Online Video (Hulu, YouTube, VEVO, etc), amongothers Provide input and guidance around campaign design andinnovation Launch and actively optimize campaigns across tradingplatforms Work with the Media Analytics team to facilitatereporting and ad hoc analyses Work with the Client Solutions teamto understand your clients goals, provide subject matter expertise,and communicate powerful campaign insights Codify and share bestpractices across teams

Desired Skills and Experience:

3-5 years ofprogrammatic and other digital optimization experience (e.g.,Google AdWords/Adsense, DSP/Display Trading, Facebook Ads, LinkedInAds, PMDs, mobile analytics, site optimization, etc.) Experiencemanaging 2 or more direct reports Bachelor’s degree with major orminor in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics,Engineering, Statistics, Physics, etc.) Strong analytical skills,and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologiesProven ability to think creatively about challenging analyticproblems Dynamic communication & presentation skills Ability toself-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attentionto details Ability to contribute to fast-paced, entrepreneurial,innovative, collaborative, team-based environment Transparency isfundamental to Kepler’s culture. Base Salary:

$90,000•$117,000

Target Annualized Discretionary Bonus:

5% ($4,500•$5,850)
