Were seeking anexperienced, strategic Director of Corporate Events to develop andlead our B2B event strategy across international markets. In thissenior role, youll create the vision, standards, and playbooks forour global events program while personally executing events,including, our inaugural user conference, SKO and large tradeshows.

Youll be responsible for delivering exceptional experiences thatshowcase our vision and drive business results worldwide. You willinnovate on the traditional B2B events playbook and thinkcreatively about how to adapt to current market trends and VAST’sways of working. This role requires a unique blend of strategicvision, operational excellence, and leadership ability to build aworld-class corporate events function that drives business impactthrough exceptional experiences. What You’ll Do Develop and own theglobal corporate events strategy aligned with our businessobjectives and marketing goals Create comprehensive objectives,event playbooks and standards to ensure consistent brand experienceacross tradeshows Personally plan and execute high-visibilitycorporate events, including annual customer conferences, partnersummits, and our inaugural user conference Work cross functionallywith regional teams executing local field events and the broadermarketing ecosystem Identify opportunities to elevate our brandpresence at industry events worldwide and execute on VAST’sparticipation in premier industry tradeshows and conferencesDevelop metrics frameworks to measure event success across marketsand drive continuous improvement Manage global event budgets with afocus on maximizing impact while increasing efficiency Requirements8 years of experience in corporate events management, with at least3 years in leadership roles Proven track record planning andexecuting global B2B events in the tech/SaaS industry Proven trackrecord scaling global events functions with limited resourcesOutstanding leadership and communication skills across diverseinternational stakeholders Strong strategic thinking abilitiescombined with hands-on execution skills Experience developing eventobjectives, playbooks and standards for internationalimplementation Experience managing global budgets and measuringcross-market event ROI Ability to travel internationally(approximately 30%)
