About the Role Director of Product Marketing -Partner, Industry, and Services We’re hiring a product marketingleader to join our high-performing team and help us rapidly scalethe business. Reporting to the Vice President, Product Marketing,this is an ideal role for someone who thrives in growth-orientedambiguous environments and can stand up new programs independently.

We’re looking for a strategic generalist – part operator, partbuilder – who can jump in, take ownership, and drive foundationalprograms across several high-impact areas including partner,industry, and services marketing. This role is about determiningwhat matters most, asking smart questions, surfacing tradeoffs, andfocusing the team on the highest-impact work. You’ll be a trustedadvisor on the product marketing leadership team and a key partnerto leaders in sales, product, partnerships, and customer success.

Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to scale the functions youlead and build out dedicated teams. Partner with the VP of Strategic Alliances to cultivate andmanage relationships with key partners, focusing on revenuegeneration and expanding market reach. Drive Co-MarketingInitiatives with

Key Partners:

Lead co-marketing efforts withpriority partners, strengthening relationships with partnerorganizations marketing teams and scaling partner programseffectively.

Prioritize Industry Investments and Develop GTM Plans:

Recommend strategies for prioritizing investments in coreindustries and execute go-to-market plans to achieve growth targetsaligned with business priorities.

Enable Commercial Teams andExpand Offerings:

Train commercial teams to effectively positionand sell the expanded portfolio of offerings and partnerships,empowering them to succeed across diverse markets.

Bonus:

Experience leading go-to-market motions for AI solutions inthe sales/marketing tech stack and scaling platforms / ecosystems.

Experience & Education 10 years of progressive product marketingexperience; B2B SaaS industry experience preferred. 5 yearsexperience in product marketing with progressive scope andleadership, including people management experience Proven abilityto lead complex, multi-channel marketing programs from brief todelivery. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration,Communications, or related field required. MBA or advanced degreepreferred but not required. What We Offer Responsive uses amarket-based compensation philosophy. A candidate’s starting basesalary will be determined by the specific responsibilities of therole, as well as job-related skills, experience, qualifications,location, and current market trends. For this position, the basesalary range is $175,000-$190,000. Our recruiting team will providedetails on the applicable range based on your location during thehiring process. Please note that this range covers base salary onlyand does not include bonuses, equity, or benefits.
