ButtterflyMX is seeking an experienced Director of ProductMarketing to establish and lead our product marketing function.

This role is our first dedicated product marketing hire and will becrucial in shaping our go-to-market strategy and driving productsuccess; it reports to our Chief Product Officer. This role can beremote, but there is travel to NYC required on a frequent/as neededbasis

Responsibilities:

Lead the product launch process, partneringwith PM, Sales, CX, Marketing and Finance Conduct win/loss analysisand build out program at scale Conduct market research andcompetitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform productstrategy Train the sales team on new and existing product featuresand value proposition; develop the collateral including demos, casestudies, fact sheets and presentations Evolve product positioning,messaging, pricing, and packaging Requirements You have 10 years ofB2B marketing experience; 5 in product marketing You are aninsatiably curious product marketer with a strong ownership mindsetand bias for action You thrive on data driven decision making, andare fluent in analyzing large sets of data and consumer researchYou sweat the details and have a high bar for excellence andsuccessful outcomes Are comfortable with ambiguity and areenergized by building a function from 0-1 You are a compellingstory teller, in both written and verbal communication You have lowego and can collaborate effectively with cross functional partnersand executives Multi-residential real estate industry is a plusExperience with the following tools: Hubspot, Salesforce,WordPress, Confluence, and your choice of Analytics tool Priorexperience marketing hardware products Proven experience withleveraging AI tools in both professional and personal settings.
