Summary :

TheCreative Manager provides strategic leadership and high-leveloversight for the company’s creative direction, ensuring alldesigns align with the brand’s identity and business goals. Thisrole focuses on setting creative direction, approving and refiningcreative concepts, working closely with designers, marketers, thirdparty agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful andcohesive visual solutions. As the steward of the company’s creativevision, the Creative Manager ensures that all creative outputsresonate with target audiences and support organizationalobjectives.

Byproviding work product approvals and strategic guidance, thisposition ensures that creative assets effectively communicate eachbrand’s value, voice, and drives engagement. The Creative Managersleadership supports cohesive storytelling, strengthens customerconnections, and enhances the company’s market position.

EssentialDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Define the creative direction forall marketing and design projects, ensuring alignment with brandguidelines and business objectives for a portfolio of brands
  • Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and campaignsdeveloped by the design team and external partners
  • Providestrategic feedback and direction to ensure all creative assetsachieve strategic objectives, are visually compelling,brand-consistent, and audience-relevant
  • Collaborate withmarketing, product, technology, and sales teams to align creativeinitiatives with overarching company strategies and salesenablement goals
  • Lead the creative ideation process, offeringhigh-level input and refining concepts for maximum impact
  • Ensureall creative projects are delivered on time and meet qualitystandards by managing workflows and setting clear expectations
  • Stay informed of design trends, industry standards, and emergingtechnologies to inspire and enhance the team’s work
  • Serve as thefinal decision-maker on creative outputs, ensuring they align withthe company’s goals and resonate with target audiences and eachbrand
  • Partner with external agencies and freelancers as needed,providing oversight and direction to maintain consistency andquality
  • Advocate for innovation and creativity across theorganization, fostering a culture that values exceptional design
  • Willingness and ability to take on larger design projects and workas needed to support demand within department.

Skills/Experience Required:
    Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field

    • 5 years ofexperience in creative direction, digital marketing, or a relatedrole
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in managingcreative processes and producing digital assets
    • Proficiency indesign tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign) and familiarity with web design principles
    • Strongunderstanding of UX/UI principles and their application in digitalmarketing
    • Excellent project management skills, with the abilityto prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Experience working with analytics tools tomeasure creative performance and inform decisions
    • Ability toadapt to a fast-paced environment and respond effectively tofeedback and evolving priorities
