ButterflyMX is hiring a Marketing Manager to serve as a strategicgeneralist and right hand to the Senior Marketing Director. This isa high-impact role that will support and help lead a wide range ofinbound and demand generation initiatives. You’ll help plan,execute, and optimize integrated campaigns that span multiplechannels, collaborating with both internal stakeholders andexternal partners to drive results. The ideal candidate is anexperienced, proactive marketer who thrives on collaboration, has astrong creative and analytical mindset, and isn’t afraid to jump inwherever needed. Support execution and oversight of the demandgeneration marketing mix, including social media, email marketing,events, content production, and media buying Partner with theSenior Marketing Director to manage cross-functional initiativesand oversee campaign execution from start to finish Own and managepartner marketing programs to increase engagement, leads, andrevenue from integration and channel partners Assist in theproduction of marketing content, including video, audio, andgraphic design graphics Travel 2-3 times per year to trade showsand events Help optimize marketing performance by tracking KPIs,reporting on results, and identifying areas for improvement Workwith Sales, CX, and Product on various initiatives, includingenablement, training, GTM, collateral, content creation, videoproduction Bring fresh ideas to the table to help improveprocesses, creative, and performance across all channels Analyzecampaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement onexisting and future campaigns Requirements

B.A / B.S

degree orequivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in a B2B SaaSmarketing role, with exposure to multiple marketing functions(e.g., email marketing, events, content, paid media, marketingautomation) Proficiency with data analysis in Excel Experience withHubSpot, WordPress, and Salesforce Experience managingcross-functional marketing campaigns or projects Excellentorganizational skills and ability to balance strategic thinkingwith hands-on execution Hands-on experience planning and producingmarketing content Experience with media buying, email marketing,and campaign execution Understanding of HTML, CSS and JavascriptProven experience in managing multiple projects at the same timeStrong negotiation skills and experience working with media vendorsProven project management skills with the ability to workcross-functionally with creative, sales, and executive stakeholdersProven experience with leveraging AI tools in both professional andpersonal settings.
