As a Principal L&B Product Marketing Manager, you will bepart of a cross-functional team of marketers for our B2B-focusedmarket segment. Together, this team is accountable for using marketand customer research to shape how we position our solutions in themarketplace. The Principal Product Marketing Manager for L&Bwill have the opportunity to lead highly effective B2B acquisitionand growth strategies for Skillsoft’s suite of L&B solutions.
In this role, you will have access to market, customer, and productinputs and develop go-to-market plans that significantly impact ourmarket share. The ideal candidate will have subject matterexpertise in tech & dev, as well as a passion for understandingcustomers and a successful technical and SaaS product marketingtrack record. Responsibilities Deliver compelling productpositioning messaging to our target audience across multiplechannels, differentiating our products from the competition
MarketDifferentiation:
Collaborate with Product Management, SalesLeaders, Customer Success, and other stakeholders to refine ourindustry narrative and the depth of capabilities, solutions, andpartnerships
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Drive the development andexecution of a strategic marketing plan and tactics focused on theL&B buyer, a high-growth segment, including the launch ofstrategic new solutions
Price Modeling:
Influence packaging andpricing strategies for our products In this role, youll have thetools and resources to understand our products and use cases, andbe responsible for increased new business and high customerretention rates you’ll influence strategy and KPI targets

Skills & Qualification RequirementsAbility to think strategically about product differentiation,pricing models, and competitive pressures Highly motivated aboutidentifying and building profitable market driven businessopportunities to help drive revenue Qualification Requirements 8years of experience successfully implementing global B2B SaaSproduct marketing plans across direct sales channels for SaaSproducts with bachelor’s degree in marketing or related businessdiscipline Subject matter expertise with L&B Expertise insynthesizing customer, product, and marketing data to makerecommendations Strong interpersonal skills with ability toeffectively present and sell information both internally andexternally Experience collaborating and driving results within amatrixed international marketing organization and comfortabledelivering in a lean, cross-functional team with ambiguity Polishedcommunication and executive presentation experience deliveringconfident, concise briefings to sales and product leadershipAbility to travel up to 20-25% Desired Requirements MBA and / orProduct Marketing Certifications Target base salary range for thisjob requisition is anticipated to be approximately $120,000 -$150,000 annualized.
