Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Manager Partner Marketing t to play apivotal role in developing and executing marketing programs withour strategic partners, including PE/VC firms, system integrators,technology providers, and referral & reseller partners. You’llfocus on driving awareness, equipping partners to sell and referZone products, and increasing lead generation and diversity acrossour portfolio. In your first year, your primary focus will be onstanding up and optimizing our Partner Relationship Management(PRM) system, enhancing partner enablement, and launching impactfulco-marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner Enablement& PRM (30%) Launch and maintain the PRM system, including partnertraining, quote tools, and enablement resources. In partnershipwith the Partner team, scale partner-facing collateral, such asreseller/referral materials, “campaigns in a box,” and newsletters.

Assist the Partner team in scaling partner training initiatives toensure alignment with our product portfolio and messaging. PE/VCSupport (30%) Design marketing initiatives that strengthenrelationships with PE/VC firms, and assist in building new PE/VCrelationships Work closely with the PE/VC team in Partnership todevelop strategies and execute tactical plans. Co-Marketing &Communications (30%) Collaborate with partners on thoughtleadership campaigns, including webinars, whitepapers, and jointevents. Manage co-marketing initiatives with technology providerslike Avalara and system integrators such as Deloitte. Drive partnerawareness through strategic communications and joint promotions.

Other (10%) Collaborate on spiffs and promotional programs inpartnership with sales teams. Continuously evaluate and improvepartner marketing strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

5 years of experience in partner marketing, B2Bmarketing, or a related field. Proven track record of working withPE/VC firms, consultancy partners, technology providers, and/orsystem integrators. The ideal candidate will have also haveexperience working with partners who implement partner softwareExperience launching and managing a Partner Relationship Management(PRM) system, such as Impartner. Exceptional project managementskills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Strongcommunication skills with a knack for building collaborativerelationships. Able to balance the need to build a strategy &execute on the strategy Knowledge of ERP systems or enterprisetechnology markets is a plus.
