Whatyoull be ding:
The Senior Partner Marketing Manager to driveimpactful marketing strategies for our NVIDIA, Dell, and ChannelPartner teams. This player-coach role is responsible for designingand executing strategic marketing initiatives. You will workclosely with sales and partner teams to continuously evaluateperformance against revenue and partner influence goals, ensuringmeasurable contributions to overall success. As a Senior PartnerMarketing Manager you will: Synthesize information, ideas andupdates from multiple sources. Distill details into crisp, clearlanguage and documentation appropriate for a variety of audiences.
Deliver standout interpersonal skills and communications, includingthe ability to negotiate and resolve conflict with integrity. Earnsthe trust and participation of key colleagues, influencing thedirection of teams beyond organizational boundaries. Self-starterthat executes in an orderly fashion and drives continuousimprovement in an environment that can be ambiguous or infused withrapid change. Ensure components are conceptually thoughtful,relevant, and impactful, as well as delivered on time and onbudget. Ability to remain calm in stressful situations with a “cando” positive approach and apply grounded decision making to achievea positive outcome. Proven experience in driving regional andpartner marketing with a track record of achieving pipeline goals.
Source, negotiate with, and direct a variety of vendors inadvertising, design, photography, and event disciplines.
Responsibilities include:
Partner Marketing Strategy:
Develop andexecute marketing strategies to promote products or services,including the creation of tailored marketing plans, campaigns, andevents.
Market Awareness:
Build and execute strategies to enhanceWEKA’s brand visibility and position in target markets, fosteringrecognition and credibility among key audiences.
Event Management:
Organize and coordinate trade shows, workshops, and other local orregional events to promote the companys offerings.
BudgetManagement:
Manage marketing budgets for partner marketingactivities, ensuring effective resource allocation.
PartnerCommunications Strategy:
Develop and execute pre- and post-showcommunications, partner bulletins, and bi-monthly newsletters.
Ensure messaging aligns with overall marketing and businessobjectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze theperformance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reportsand insights to optimize strategies.
Salesforce Engagement:
Managerelevant SFDC partner campaigns, including event list uploads andmaintenance. Create and deliver monthly and quarterly dashboards totrack partner engagement and event success.
Program Management:
Implement scalable processes to support partner marketinginitiatives and ensure alignment with WEKA’s overall strategy.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform decisions andimprove outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely withsales teams, product marketing, and other departments to ensurealignment of partner marketing strategies with overall businessgoals.
Partner Collaboration:
Identify and develop relationshipswith partner organizations, including channels, neoclouds and keystrategic partners, to create joint marketing initiatives.
Compliance:
Ensure that all marketing activities adhere to legaland regulatory requirements in different locations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
Proven experience with event planning, with a focus on partnerevents. Ability to design and implement long-term marketingstrategies that align with business objectives and drive measurableresults. Strong organizational and project management skills withattention to detail and future planning. Data-driven mindset withthe ability to interpret metrics and make informed decisions.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Agile and proactive approach, thriving in fast-paced, dynamicenvironments. Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize tasks, andmanage multiple projects effectively. Strong focus on meeting tightdeadlines while juggling multiple high-priority projects.
Experience in engaging and managing internal and externalstakeholders to align goals and expectations. Proficiency inmarketing tools and analytics software. Experience in managingmarketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation. Excellentinterpersonal and relationship-building skills. Problem-solvingabilities with a results-driven mindset. Willingness to travel asneeded.
