We are looking for a creative, metrics-driven Customer MarketingManager to lead our customer advocacy and retention initiativesacross our multi-brand portfolio. This role serves as the drivingforce behind our customer success storytelling, engagementprograms, and retention strategies. As a key member of ourmarketing team, youll work within our matrix structure to distillsubject matter expertise from our vertical leaders in order to ownour voice of customer programs including review management,customer advisory groups, success story development, and customerevents while maintaining our retention rate. The ideal candidatecombines creative storytelling abilities with analytical rigor,capable of both developing strategic engagement programs andexecuting them across multiple channels. If youre passionate aboutcreating compelling customer narratives, driving measurableretention results, and building engaging community programs, thisrole is for you. What You Will Do Own and execute the customeradvocacy program, including case study development, customerbenchmarks and key data points, and success story narratives Drivecustomer engagement strategy and execution through omnichannelapproach including in-app communications, email campaigns, anddirect mail programs Lead Voice of Customer program includingsentiment measurement and improvement initiatives, as well ascollaborating with GMs on our Customer Advisory Group programManage customer events program and communications, includingvirtual meetings, customer showcases, and community-buildinginitiatives Develop educational resources and work to developcustomer nurture programs Execute, measure, and improve referralprogram strategy Create compelling customer-focused content acrossvarious formats and channels Monitor and maintain review scores attarget rating Our Ideal Candidate Strategic thinker with strongexecution capabilities Data-driven mindset with experience inprogram measurement and optimization Excellent project managementand organizational skills Strong verbal and written communicationabilities Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionallyPreferred Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of B2B customermarketing experience Proven track record of driving measurableresults through customer marketing programs Experience building andscaling customer advocacy programs Strong content creation andstorytelling abilities Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketingautomation platforms Nice to Have Skills Experience with customerreference programs and advocacy platforms Background in SaaS ortechnology industry Event management experience Experience withcustomer satisfaction measurement methodologies Content strategydevelopment experience What We Offer Competitive salary withperformance-based incentives.
