Full Job Description Director of Marketing, Signatera Breast Travel:

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic product marketer to lead marketing efforts for Signatera, Natera’s personalized MRD (Molecular Residual Disease) test, with a specific focus on the breast cancer indication. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies and tactics that drive adoption and integration of MRD testing into the standard of care. You will be a key member of the Commercial Marketing team, playing a critical role in achieving Signatera’s growth objectives. This position reports to the Senior Director, Signatera Commercial Marketing. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that reinforce the utility and value of Signatera in the breast cancer landscape. Monitor and assess product performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders across commercial, medical, and executive teams. Lead the development of marketing and sales collateral for both field sales enablement and digital channels, ensuring scientific rigor and commercial appeal. Oversee the breast cancer-focused speaker bureau, including content development and KOL (key opinion leader) engagement, ensuring alignment with the latest clinical evidence. Identify and manage strategic partnerships and educational initiatives with relevant third-party organizations in the oncology and diagnostics space. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, clinical, R D, and medical affairs to ensure messaging consistency and alignment with company objectives. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required; advanced degree (MBA or PhD) strongly preferred. 8-10 years of experience in product marketing, field sales, or market analytics in the diagnostics, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry. Oncology and/or genomics experience is strongly preferred; understanding of solid tumor cancer treatment pathways is a plus. Deep knowledge of oncology commercial environments, including the clinical and sales call points. Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for conferences, field interactions, and internal meetings.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Technical Competencies:

Demonstrated strategic agility with the ability to think holistically while executing tactically. Experience translating complex clinical data and biomarker science into clear, compelling commercial messaging. Strong business acumen and ability to interpret data trends to inform strategy.
