WhatYou’ll Do Develop and execute a global, consumer-driven marketingstrategy aligned with brand and entertainment goals Build andmanage annual marketing plans, grounded in insights and focused onlong-term brand growth and profitability Partner with ProductDesign & Development to create innovative toy lines that supportglobal retail strategies Lead integrated marketing campaigns acrossadvertising, PR, digital, and retail to drive awareness and salesAnalyze market trends, category data, and competitive insights toinform decision-making Serve as the key liaison for licensingactivities, collaborating with both internal teams and externalpartners Drive merchandising strategy across global regions toensure brand consistency and retail impact Create go-to-marketstrategies and toolkits for seamless regional execution What We’reLooking For 8 years of progressive experience in marketing andbrand/product management Proven success developing integrated,insight-driven marketing strategies for consumer products Strongleadership and collaboration skills, with experience managingcross-functional teams Excellent analytical and communicationskills, with a keen understanding of digital and traditional mediaDemonstrated ability to influence and drive results across matrixedorganizations Passion for innovation and a deep curiosity forconsumer behavior and trends Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field (MBApreferred) Strong background in digital marketing, licensing, andmedia planning Experience in toy, entertainment, or CPG industriesis a plus Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changingenvironment Why Join Us?
