Hudson Automotive Group is seeking a forward-thinking Digital Experience Director to lead the digital presence of our multi-brand automotive dealership group. In this key role, you’ll drive the performance, strategy, and optimization of all customer-facing digital touchpoints — with a heavy focus on the websites that fuel our lead generation, service bookings, and vehicle sales. You’ll oversee web content, design, SEO, and analytics across all store locations, ensuring a best-in-class experience for in-market car shoppers.

Who are we looking for?
Proven Leader in creating a seamless and intuitive online journey that connects shoppers with vehicle inventory, service offerings, and dealership locations.
Strong Collaborator who can partner with marketing, BDC, and sales teams to align digital efforts with business goals.
Self-Motivated Digital Strategy & Web Leader looking to optimize all customer-facing digital touchpoints
Expert at managing multiple platforms and tools while driving consistent results
Qualifications:
5-7+ years in digital experience, web management, or automotive digital retail
Experience managing websites for multi-location businesses (preferably dealerships) and familiarity with dealership web platforms (Dealer.com, Dealer Inspire, etc.)
Strong working knowledge of local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and digital advertising
Proficient in CMS platforms and web analytics (GA4, Hotjar, Tag Manager)
Automotive dealership experience (or marketing agency supporting dealers)
Experience with CRMs like VinSolutions, ELEAD, or DealerSocket (Preferred)
Management Information Systems Degree or Computer Science Degree (Preferred)
