Position Summary:

The Brand and Program Manager – QSR is a key contributor to the success of our restaurant operations. This role supports Field and District Managers in achieving operational excellence and works cross-functionally with corporate departments to ensure brand consistency and financial growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple initiatives that enhance restaurant performance, brand alignment, and team development. ________________________________________

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:

o Be the Brand Expert for Quick Service Restaurants o Lead and manage brand-specific and cross-functional projects that drive performance and strategic objectives. o Develop and execute initiatives focused on sales growth, team development, and operational efficiencies. o Support the rollout of new programs, policies, and brand updates to restaurant teams. o Assist in the development of action plans based on financial performance and guest insights. o Partner with operations leadership to develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability. o Provide direct support to District Managers and assist in resolving operational challenges. o Function as a liaison between field and store operations as well as corporate departments (Marketing, Finance, Training, Loss Prevention, etc.). o Facilitate communication and training to ensure understanding and execution at the store level.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

o Analyze and verify pricing data related to food costs and menu engineering. o Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs). o Use data to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue enhancement. o Monitor retails and promotions and provide recommendations to align with financial budgets o Provide reporting based on department initiatives to improve and maintain operational standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience in restaurant operations or brand/program management, preferably in QSR or multi-unit concepts. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
