Marketing Director Leading Charleston Real Estate Group Summerville, SC 29485 • Hybrid work Job Summary One of Charleston’s leading real estate teams is seeking a talented and driven Marketing Director to lead and execute our brand, video, and digital media strategy. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-level marketing campaigns while also managing the day-to-day content creation, social media engagement, and brand storytelling efforts. A strong emphasis will be placed on video marketing, social media growth, and client appreciation initiatives. Responsibilities Build, manage, and grow a branded YouTube channel featuring property tours, client stories, educational content, and team highlights. Curate and schedule posts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). Monitor engagement, respond to messages/comments, and build community. Build and manage both personal and team branding with a consistent tone, voice, and visual identity. Ensure all marketing efforts align with key brand milestones, including anniversary campaigns and long-term brand vision. Design and implement marketing campaigns for new listings, open houses, and just sold announcements. Utilize SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing strategies to optimize campaigns Manage WordPress website content and E-commerce platforms Plan, film, and edit short-form and long-form videos (e.g., home tours, client stories, team highlights, educational videos). Optimize videos for SEO, engagement, and lead generation on YouTube and Facebook. Create visually appealing thumbnail graphics and video captions. Plan and execute client appreciation campaigns and events that foster loyalty and referrals. Coordinate with photographers, stagers, and agents for timely rollout of listing materials. Track and report on engagement, reach, lead generation, and ROI from marketing efforts. Recommend improvements based on data analytics and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
3+ years in real estate marketing, content creation, or digital marketing Strong skills in video production, editing (iMovie, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent) Proficient with Canva, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and email marketing platforms Excellent copywriting, branding, and storytelling abilities Comfortable on-camera and/or directing others on camera Self-starter with strong project management and communication skills Please include a portfolio showcasing relevant work, such as social media campaigns, graphic design, video content (especially YouTube or Reels/TikToks), brand strategy, or any client-facing marketing materials you’ve created or led. Links to Instagram accounts, YouTube channels, or campaign case studies are encouraged.
Preferred:
Knowledge of the Charleston, SC market Experience working with real estate agents or brokerages Photography or drone skills a plus

Hybrid, on-site availability when needed during Charleston business hours is expected
