- What you’ll do
- + Develop and own the marketing strategy for Gas Power products (Heavy Duty Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, HRSGs) for new units and/or services + Stay abreast of industry trends, power & electricity market insights, marketplace leading indicators and forecasts relevant to the business; liaise with regional marketing experts and “connect the dots” globally + Gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, understand customer requirements and utilize data to inform on product and/or sales strategies providing a differentiated value proposition + Perform segmentation analyses considering customer values, behaviors, and needs.
Perform market mapping & targeting; capture emerging trends in relevant segments and develop corresponding strategies + Document marketplace requirements in support of new product development, summarizing marketplace insights, segmentation, requirements identification, and VOC + Provide relevant marketplace inputs feeding into new product business cases and capital allocation decisions + Strategically partner with Product Managers throughout the product development phase + Define and lead marketing campaigns, develop and maintain internal/external collateral (e.g. fact sheets, customer presentations, catalogs, webinars, webpages) + Provide marketplace context, data, and guidance in support of operational decision-making as well as longer term product positioning & strategy + Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives related to the Marketing work scope
- What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)
- + Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business-related discipline, or engineering from an accredited college or university, or equivalent knowledge/experience + Significant experience in the Power industry + Significant experience in a marketing, product management, or commercial role

- for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $128,600 – $171,400 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This Senior Professional Band position is also eligible for a variable incentive bonus of 15%.
- The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 4/16/2025
